Cancellation Policies for A+R Tactic’s Members and Passholders:
To ensure an optimal experience for all of our members and the efficient operation of our business, while respecting our instructors' time and dedication, please note the following Details
6 Month Pass Validity: Your training passes are valid for six months from the date of purchase. We offer the flexibility for you to utilize these passes at your own pace and convenience, ensuring that you can fit training into your schedule effectively.
Advance Cancellation: For all types of training reservations, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. This advance notice is crucial in managing our limited availability and allows others the opportunity to train.
Late Cancellation Consequence: Please be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled class time will incur the deduction of one class/training from your package passes.
